International City Ticket Office (CTO) / Group Supervisor<br />

Full-Time Position<br />

Caracas, Venezuela - CCS<br />
<br />
Travel subject to service charges/restrictions. <br />

Bonuses awarded only under terms of Continental's policies.<br />

Responsibilities  <br />
A City Ticket Office (CTO) Supervisor acts as the operational specialist, resource coordinator, key communicator, and coach. <br />
Ensures 'on-time performance' and 100&#37; compliance with operational, administrative and sales goals. <br />
Reinforces consistent compliance with safety, security and Continental (CO) policies and procedures. <br />
Coordinates with Country Manager to adjust staffing as operation warrants. <br />
Ensures resources are available to meet operational objectives. <br />
Communicates with team members, Country Manager and other departments to optimize operational performance. <br />
Briefs agents on operational issues and information on safety, policy and procedures. <br />
Provides technical guidance to complete CTO activities in a timely manner. <br />
Reinforces positive agent performance. <br />
Works with Country Manager to identify agent training needs and compliance issues. <br />
Must ensure compliance with CO policies, procedures and audit guidelines.<br />

Qualifications  <br />
Must possess sound leadership ability. <br />
Must be knowledgeable of Continental's CTO procedures. <br />
Must be a good communicator. <br />
Must be able to perform well in high pressure situations. <br />
Previous Ticketing/Reservations experience helpful. <br />
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). <br />
Must be willing to adhere to Continental's dress code. <br />
Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. <br />
Must comply with strict report deadlines.<br />
Must be able to work the ticket counter. <br />
Must possess excellent customer service skills and proven customer service work experience desirable. <br />
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. <br />
Must be at least 18 years of age. <br />
Must have a high school diploma or GED. <br />
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak Spanish & English. <br />
Ability to work with team members or independently, as well as, to work and communicate with a variety of Continental employees. <br />
Ability to make sound judgment calls and resolve difficult situations on your own. <br />
Flexible to work any shifts and willingness to accept additional responsibilities. <br />
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in Venezuela without sponsorship.<br />

2 Part-Time Positions<br />

Agents will rotate schedules between 2 CTO locations - The Intercontinental Hotel called The Tamanaco & the Lido location located on the lobby floor of a High-Rise Office Complex<br />
<br />
Travel subject to service charges/restrictions. <br />

Responsibilities  <br />
Staffing the ticket counter, greeting customers, receiving and directing incoming calls. <br />
Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passengers' travel needs are met. <br />
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance by adhering to Continental's standards for uniform and dress. <br />
Provide customers with flight check-in/status, seat assignments, future reservations, and other Continental product information while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. <br />
Actively promote OnePass enrollments, pre-check in and direct sales. <br />
Must demonstrate leadership qualities, peer respect, and the ability to interface with high level Continental and partner airline customers effectively. <br />
Attend required staff meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required. <br />
Monitor and maintain city ticket office appearance, ensure they are clean, organized and all equipment is operational. <br />
Resolve difficult situations in a professional manner. <br />
